Trial countdown, upgrading, account settings, and backup & restore.
Free trial
Every new account gets a 30-day free trial with full access, no card required. A banner appears once 7 days or fewer remain.
When the trial ends
Your account goes read-only: you can view everything but not mark attendance, edit students, or import CSVs until you upgrade. The same applies if a paid subscription lapses past its 5-day grace period.
Upgrading
Tap Upgrade → on the banner (or Settings → Account) to open the pricing page, where you can review the plan and start your subscription. Payments are confirmed manually. Email your receipt and we activate your account within 24 hours.
Account statuses
| Status | Meaning |

| Trialing | Within your 30-day trial, full access |
| Active | Paid subscription, full access |
| Read-only | Trial or subscription lapsed, view only |
| Lifetime | Permanent full access (admin-granted only) |
Account settings
Change your display name, email, password, or delete your account in Settings → Account Settings.
Backing up your data
Use Settings → Backup & Restore → Download backup periodically, regardless of subscription status.
