Recitation (random/A-Z caller)
Tap Recitation (needs at least one student marked Present today). Random shuffles present students without repeats; A → Z calls alphabetically, with an M/F toggle to group by sex. Tap Next → to advance.
How often “already called” resets is set by Recitation reset cycle in Settings.
Group Maker
Tap Group Maker. Choose scope (entire class or present only), mode (pure random or sex-balanced), and group count (by number of groups or max per group). Toggle Pick representative to have each group get a randomly chosen leader. Reshuffle to regenerate, Export CSV to download the assignments.
The Recent groupings panel keeps up to five recent results for this class on the current device. Each entry shows the number of groups, the selected scope, and when it was generated. Tap Restore to bring back that arrangement and its settings. This history is device-local and does not sync to another device.
Random Pair
Tap Random Pair for a dedicated pairing tool (groups of two), separate from Group Maker. Same scope, mode, and Pick representative options. Reshuffle to regenerate, Export CSV to download the pairings.
